How do I order a custom cake from Sweet Bakeistan?
Ordering is simple and friendly! Just send us a WhatsApp message or Instagram DM with these four things: your event date, the cake size you’d like, your flavour preference, and a Pinterest link or image reference for the design. That’s it! We’ll take it from there with a personal 1-on-1 cake consultation — no forms, no complicated process. Just a real conversation.
How much do your custom cakes cost in Karachi?
Our cakes start from 400 PKR for a bento cake and go up to 1,200 PKR for a 2-pound premium custom cake. We have three clear tiers so you can find the right fit for your budget:
- Mini Delights (400–600 PKR) — Bento cakes, mini custom cakes
- Celebration Classics (750–950 PKR) — 1-pound custom cakes, cartoon themes, floral, drip
- Premium Moments (1,000–1,200 PKR) — 2-pound cakes, Korean minimalist, vintage heart, engagement cakes
Add-ons like custom name toppers (+100 PKR), candle sets (+50 PKR), and message cards (+80 PKR) are available at additional cost.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We require a minimum of 2 days advance notice for Mini Delights and Celebration Classic cakes. For Premium Moment cakes — especially engagement cakes, multi-tier designs, or highly detailed custom work — we recommend 4–5 days to ensure the very best result.
Popular occasion dates (Eid, Valentine’s Day, major birthday weekends) fill up fast, so please book early!
Do you deliver to my area in Karachi?
Yes! We deliver to all areas of Karachi including Gulshan-e-Iqbal, DHA, Clifton, North Karachi, Nazimabad, PECHS, Federal B Area, Jamshed Town, Korangi, Shahrah-e-Faisal, and more. Delivery charges may apply based on distance from our location in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Ask us about your specific area when you order!
Can I share a Pinterest link for my design?
That is literally our speciality — and our favourite part! Share your Pinterest board, a specific pin, an Instagram screenshot, or any image reference you love. We use it as the foundation for your custom design and build from there in our 1-on-1 consultation. This is what Sweet Bakeistan does best: turning your Pinterest inspiration into a real, edible cake in Karachi.
What flavours and fillings do you offer?
We currently offer these cake flavours: Chocolate Fudge, Vanilla, Red Velvet, and Chocolate Chip. For fillings and frosting, choose from: Chocolate Ganache, Nutella, Fresh Cream, Cream Cheese, and Fruit Filling. Have a special request or flavour idea? Just ask — we love experimenting!
Do you make eggless cakes?
Yes! Eggless cakes are available upon request for all of our cake tiers. We also offer reduced-sugar variations. Simply mention your dietary preference when placing your order and we’ll accommodate you. We want every customer to be able to enjoy a beautiful Sweet Bakeistan cake.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer. To confirm your order, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. This process protects both you and us — and ensures your slot is locked in!
What's the difference between your cakes and bakery chain cakes?
Great question! Bakery chains like Lals or Muffin Club produce cakes at scale with fixed formats and limited customisation. Their bento cakes, for example, come in one or two design styles and fixed flavours.
At Sweet Bakeistan, every single cake is made fresh to your specific order. You get complete design freedom, multiple flavour options, personal consultation, and a cake that looks exactly like your Pinterest reference — not a version of someone else’s cake. And we start at a fraction of the price.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes! All Celebration Classic and Premium Moment cakes come with standard gift-ready packaging. Premium packaging is included free with all Premium Moment cakes. Additional upgrades — custom boxes, ribbon packaging, and premium gift bags — are available as add-ons.
Can I order a bundle for a birthday party?
Absolutely! Our Birthday Bundle (1,400 PKR) includes a 1-pound custom cake + 6 matching themed cupcakes + a custom name topper. It’s our most popular party package and incredible value. Ask us about other bundle options too — we’re always happy to create a custom package for your celebration.
